They come with a double roof and metal (or shingle)of your color choice. Stain is standard but paint will be 5% more. Get it screened in and get outside and out of the sun and bugs next summer. They offer three years of financing with ten percent down. They will deliver and setup for free within 100 miles from Oak Grove, Kentucky.
