I'm prior military with a passion to cook. I've taken several cake decorating courses. My specialty are Puertorican style cakes (moist with different flavors including rum). All my cakes are made from scratch. Frostings that I use are fondant, buttercream, and cream cheese. I enjoy a challenge and I can create cakes that harmonize with my customers style.
